Instantly removes all enemies, grid entities and pickups from the room. This counts as clearing the room, but no clear reward is spawned.

Can also be used on bosses, but no item pedestal will spawn.

Can be used to skip phases on final bosses, but using it on their final phase will have no effect.

Only 3 items are immune to the card and won't get deleted: Dad's Note, Knife Piece 2 and Rat Poison.

Cannot appear during challenges.
Unlock: Skip 20 rooms (go through without clearing them).
